If you have successfully resolved the error, you’ll be able to complete your weigh-in using the following steps: Remove the batteries on your scale and put them back inĬonnect to your scale by selecting add device/connect at the top of the app on the My Day homepage Select Forget Device (orange print) and confirm to forget device Select your scale within the connected devices page Select your scale at the top of the app on the My Day homepage If you continue to have issues, we’d suggest uninstalling your scale and reconnecting it to your MyHealth app by doing the following: Your scale will show as connected along with a green checkmarkĮnsure you are doing your weigh-in barefoot and that the scale is placed on a hard flat surface Verify that your scale is connected by viewing the connection status at the top of the app on the My Day homepage. Reset your scale by removing the batteries on your scale, waiting 30 seconds and then putting them back inįorce close the FitTrack MyHealth app, then reopen the app If you are experiencing this, start by doing the following: There’s a number of factors that could be impacting your scales ability to display your measurements.
